​Property Appearance
-
Keep yard and home neat, clean, and in good repair.

Remove weeds from planting beds, driveways, and walkways.
-
Remove piles of yard debris promptly.
-
Trees over 6" diameter (3 ft. above ground) require Board/ACC approval before removal.
-
Repair any damage you, guests, or contractors cause to community property within 12 days.

Vehicles & Parking
-
No overnight parking on streets (guests may park occasionally).
-
No storage of RVs, boats, trailers, campers, motorcycles, or inoperable vehicles in visible areas.

Trash & Containers
-
Store trash in covered containers screened from view so as not to be visible from adjoining Lots, streets or roadways except on collection days.

No dumping of yard waste, dirt, or debris on any lot or visible from any lot.
​
Structures, Fences, & Changes
-
ACC approval required before any modifications to the exterior including landscaping.​
-
No temporary structures (trailers, tents, sheds as residences).
​
Other Rules
-
Only one “For Sale” or “For Rent” sign (max 5 sq. ft.) without approval.
-
No offensive or nuisance activities on lots.
-
Landscaping and fences may not block driver sight lines at intersections or driveway visibility.
